Watters Penelope Festival unclassified dresses

Selling my new never worn wedding dress. A very beautiful dress that was custom made for me. Dress was designed to look similar to the Love Marley Penelope dress.There's nothing wrong with the dress I just decided on a different venue so I changed my dress. The dress features an illusion neckline with a delicate white lace bodice and dreamy tulle. The back of the dress has thinner tulle straps. Dress is an A line style and the length of the back of the dress is slightly longer than the front. Dress comes with a removable tulle sash. Slightly padded boning inside of dress and completely lined . Best for someone that is petite and an xs and a size 0 or 2. My measurement are: 32" bust 24.5" waist 36.5" hips 17" shoulder width 15" sleeves hole girth Height 5'2" Shoe heel height 4" Even with the 4" heels I would need to hem the length of the dress a little. This is a beautiful dress and will look amazing on your wedding day!
