I was the very first to wear it for my 9/20 wedding and people literally gasped when I emerged to walk down the aisle. It was such a blast to wear: Ultra-feminine, ultra-flattering, and lightweight. Only Vera can create timeless looks that still have such a beautiful modernity with fabric manipulation. This is not your grandmother's wedding dress, although my grandmother was obsessed with it.

As for the fit... The dress was made to the following measurements: Bust: 34 Under Bust: 28 Waist: 27 High Hip: 35 Low Hip: 38 Hollow of Neck to Waist: 15.5 Hollow of Neck to Floor: 58
I am 5'8, I usually wear between a 2-4. This is a size 6 in wedding gown speak, which equals a street 2-4. It still had a looser fit on me, I didn't want to take it in too much in the bodice because I knew I'd be selling it. Even made to my measurements, I thought it had a lot of give.
It didn't get dirty at all, and it was cool day so no sweating at all, but just to be sure: I had it cleaned twice through and twice again on the bottom to ensure that it is spotless for you. The bustle is already done, all the photos show it bustled, I didn't let the train out because I knew I would be walking outside but the train is divine, flower work at the end that will make you smile!
