Unique and incredibly flattering 2106 collection fit n flare gown. Strapless neckline decorated with FEATHERS and mermaid skirt with tulle and nylon frills. Purchased in Corona del Mar, CA. I LOVE this dress so much; everyone commented how they had never seen anything similar and how it was the most flattering dress ever! The feathers are soft and elegant but really give it that "wow factor" along with the flamenco style bottom!
