Pronovias Ardith Bold pattern unclassified dresses

I bought the dress from a bridal shop downtown. I loved the lace bodice and the full, fun skirt. After i purchased it, I found another dress that i liked better. This dress is brand new, unworn, with the tags still attached. When i purchased the dress, the shoulder strap looked like it had been ripped. It is ripped as you can see in the picture I have listed. The bridal consultant said this would be an easy fix. This is a stunning gown. It has an illusion neckline, lace bodice with some beading, and a GORGEOUS skirt.
