Oooh, I so loved this dress when I came across it online, that I drove 3 hours) to see and try it on! It’s perfect for a garden, beach, outdoor or indoor wedding. This dress has been hanging in my closet still in the tissue paper and plastic, UNWORN (except when I picked it up from the store). As much as I loved it, I ultimately went with another dress for my wedding. This comes with the original garment bag. It comes in 2 pieces. The slip is champagne colored, and the overlay is the “antique”/blush color. I thought the antique on antique combo was too washed out looking (my olive skin tone couldn’t pull it off), but the champagne and antique combo is just a subtle enough change from the typical white but enough to really make it stand out! Both layers are size 8. I typically wear a size 4. My measurements when this dress was ordered were: Bust: 34 Waist 26 and 3/4 Hips 38 and 1/2 It fits loose on me in all areas except hips…so if your measurements are like mine, you likely would just need the bust and waist taken in. I was also told I would need the straps shortened because I’m “petite” (5’3″). And of course, the length would need to be shortened, unless you’re model height!
