This wedding gown was hand-made by Cicada Bridal in Seattle. It consists of a chiffon gown and beautiful hand-woven lace that goes over the whole dress. I purchased this dress from Blue Sky Bridal in Phinney Ridge. I'm honored to have been the third person to wear this gown, and I'm excited that someone else will get to enjoy this beautiful dress on their special day.
