It is BRAND NEW with tags on, unaltered bought on December 2015. I originally bought this as my second dress to change during the party, but in the end I decided to wear the first dress throughout the whole wedding. Although I didn't use it, I wish I did!!!! It is a BEAUTIFUL wedding dress that everyone would LOVE! It is so elegant since it has beaded lace, tulle skirt and a beaded belt at the waist.
