The dress is brand new in bag. Never worn and not alterned. I picked the dress up from Cherry Blossom Bridal located in Washington DC on August 25, 2018. I decided to go with another style dress a week after i ordered the dress but the store refused to cancel the dress order so i had to pay the full purchase value. I am posting pictures of the dress from the designers website and oens i took when i received the dress from Cherry Blossom Bridal.
