This dress is new with tags. It was purchased in 2015 with tags attached even though it is over a year old. It has stayed in a wedding dress bag in a smoke and pet-free home. It has not been altered and it is absolutely free or stains and flaws. This dress can be altered. Sadly it cannot be altered to fit my size as my weight has fluctuated since buying it.
